My name is Terry Placker.

I’m a proud father of a daughter and a Marine Veteran, serving active duty from 2006 to 2014.

I am extremely proud to be the owner and founder of SEMPER SHIELD ROOFING & GENERAL CONTRACTING.

I have been in the roofing/construction industry for nearly a decade.

I’m Jordan Fields, a DFW Realtor with a background in construction and renovation, and a passion for protecting what matters most….YOUR home.

I began my career as an electrician, where I learned the value of quality workmanship and attention to detail, then went on to work at Lockheed Martin building the F-35 fighter jet, strengthening my discipline, precision, and commitment to excellence.

I later transitioned into real estate, specializing in buying, selling, and renovating distressed and outdated homes, while also actively investing in properties myself.

Through years of working directly with homeowners and overseeing renovations, I saw firsthand how critical a strong, reliable roof is in protecting a family’s largest investment.

That’s what led me into roofing…. to continue serving homeowners by helping them restore, improve, and safeguard their homes with honesty, integrity, and clear communication.

As a husband and father to a 12-year-old daughter, I understand how important trust and security are, and I’m committed to delivering exceptional service and real value to every homeowner I serve.
