Terry is a phenomenal, honest, and effective person to do business with. Not only is highly passionate he truly cares. He replaced the roof on my home in Frisco, TX. Terry Placker and his crew replaced our roof this week and I couldn't be more impressed. From initial reach out, to him communicating with insurance for us, providing HOA all required approval details, rendering different shingle color examples for us to decide what looks best, to being onside at 6:40am till 7pm overseeing the entire install and clean up, including walking our driveway 20 times to ensure there are no nails hiding anywhere. His level of detail and costumer obsession is remarkable and we are beyond happy about working with Semper shield roofing. And best of all we now got 50 years warranty for our new roof and will receive insurance premium discount. I highly recommend Terry and his company.

I don't write many reviews, but this one I think is merited. We had Terry Placker's crew install new grade three quality shingles recently. He was here on site during the work to ensure everything was being done as we requested (protect grill, chairs, etc. and protect some landscaping). From beginning to end, his communication approach was excellent, more to ensure we were comfortable with the overall plan and execution.
The job was done timely, and clean up was complete. Above all we felt quite comfortable trusting the project to Terry as he has proven completely reliable. The new roof was fairly priced, with the additional benefit of reducing our annual insurance premium through using the higher grade material. We couldn't be happier.
